We have received correspondence from the Interim Chief Education Officer at Powys this week to inform us that Cabinet are to consider a proposal paper on Tuesday 13th July 2021. This is to approve carrying out consultation on the potential closure of Ysgol Bro Cynllaith, with pupils to transfer to their nearest alternative school in Powys.
We have been asked to complete an initial Community Impact Assessment form, which needs to be returned to the Transforming Education Team by early next week.
As members of the community we would ask that as many people as possible contribute to this form, as any support for the school is crucial at this point. Please ask as many members of the community as you can, as we are aware that not everyone has access to social media.
Please find a link to the form below, which needs to be returned to the school no later than 4pm on Monday 21st June 2021;
