Football fun days

Llanrhaeadr fun day will be held tomorrow, Sat 13th May from 11am – Entrance Adults £2.50, High School pupils £1. Pupils who are playing have taken their kits home. Good luck to everyone and have a great time!

RGC Rebels

Girls who are interested in playing rugby are invited to train every Thursday from 6-7pm, alternating between Meifod and Welshpool. The training is run by qualified coaches, many of which are women who play rugby themselves.

‘Don’t bin it – Tin it’
We are hoping to take part in a project being run by the British Ironworks Centre in Oswestry.

The project will be to create a giant bust of her Majesty the Queen, from all of the tens of thousands of cans collected from schools. Every school taking part, will be rewarded with a completely free day of fun and creativity. Please send in any clean, empty tins with your children from next week – thankyou.
