Powys County Council have reviewed the admissions arrangements for 2025-26, and in line with the requirements of the Admissions Code, are now sharing the changes via the annual Admissions consultation. The consultation will run from 29 January 2024 until the 1 March 2024.
The consultation also includes the catchment maps, which were endorsed by the council’s Cabinet in 2023. These maps are used by the council when allocating places to a school which is oversubscribed. The council will also use these maps when considering applications under the home to school transport policy.

Any comments on the admission arrangements should be provided no later than 1 March 2024.
