PARENTPAY GLITCHES
You may have noticed there have been a couple of glitches on the Parentpay system particularly with School Meals and Swimming Contributions.
The school meals problem was due to an issue with the till which is situated within the school. This has now been rectified by Powys and you should now be able to see what is outstanding on your child’s school meals account.
There was also an issue with the Swimming Contributions in that parents have been unable to make more than one payment of £3 at a time. This has now also been sorted and you can now make more than one payment at a time (if you wish). Just for your information there have been 5 weeks of swimming in this first half of the Spring Term.
