This week is National Libraries Week and we have been asked to let you know about their Order & Collect service.
The service will enable borrowers to request up to 10 books, which will be quarantined for at least 72 hours before they are ready for collection and will allow parents, staff and children to have fresh reading materials safely. The good news is that requests are back, enabling staff and pupils to order specific titles.
Some branches are now also offering limited browsing sessions, parents, pupils & staff should contact their local branch for more details.
If pupils don’t have a library card and would like to sign up for one, they can visit: https://en.powys.gov.uk/article/1227/Join-the-Library and sign up online. This will enable them to borrow e-audio and e-books immediately using our BorrowBox app.
